Pretty happy w/the bike overall April 12, 2012

In general, we're pretty happy with the bike.  It looks realy, really cool -- esp. in the eyes of a 6yr old! -- and it was a huge hit for his birthday.  Assembly of the bike itself didn't take too long (according to my husband).  I guess the only issue hubby had was that he felt the bike frame could have been a little better quality (it's EXTREMELY heavy), but that's all.  Balance Bike Shop service is EXCELLENT and you can't go wrong from making a purchase from them.  We're very happy customers.
